These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and bg789. By accessing or using any part of the bg789 platform — including cricket betting, casino games, and account services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.
What These Terms Cover at a Glance
bg789 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Registration, deposits, and play are all prohibited for persons under 18. Age verification is mandatory before first withdrawal.
Each player may hold exactly one bg789 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances in accordance with these terms.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the account holder's own verified name. Third-party transfers are not permitted under any circumstances.
All bonuses and free-credit promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering conditions will result in the bonus being voided.
Any attempt to exploit software errors, engage in collusion, use automated betting software, or manipulate game outcomes will result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bg789 login credentials. bg789 cannot be held liable for unauthorised access resulting from player negligence.
§1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

§2 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or using any feature of the bg789 platform — including but not limited to cricket betting markets, casino games, slots, crash games, and live dealer tables — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the bg789 platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on bg789.bio. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by bg789.
These Terms are written in English. In the event bg789 publishes translated versions for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative text and shall govern in the case of any inconsistency or ambiguity.
§3 Age Restriction & Eligibility
The bg789 platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years and above. It is illegal for any person under the age of 18 to open an account, deposit funds, place bets, or participate in any game or activity offered on the Platform.
In addition to the age requirement, Players must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use the bg789 platform:
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You are not acting as an agent or nominee for any third party.
- You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of bg789 or any of its affiliated game providers.
- You are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit you from entering into binding agreements or participating in online gaming.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from bg789 or had an account permanently closed for breaches of these Terms.
- You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, resale, or arbitrage purpose.
bg789 reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the player lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any point where suspicious activity is identified. KYC documentation may include a National ID Card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill issued within the preceding three months.
§4 Account Registration
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on bg789. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of discovery.
Players are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their bg789 login username and password.
- Ensuring that no other person accesses the Platform using their account credentials.
- All activity that takes place under their account, whether or not that activity was authorised by them.
- Notifying bg789 support immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
bg789 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account or suspend an existing account where it has reason to believe that the Player's registration or use of the Platform may constitute a breach of applicable law, these Terms, or bg789's responsible gaming policies.
§5 Deposits & Withdrawals
bg789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All account balances, game stakes, winnings, and transaction records are denominated in BDT. bg789 does not hold funds in foreign currencies and does not offer currency conversion services.
Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. bg789 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 2–8 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during public holidays, Eid peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where KYC verification is pending. bg789 does not guarantee processing times during exceptional circumstances.
- The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method registered in the verified name of the account holder.
- Third-party withdrawals — to a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
- bg789 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior KYC status.
- Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if they are associated with accounts under investigation for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
bg789 is not a bank or financial institution. Player funds held on the Platform are not subject to any government deposit protection scheme. Players should not hold funds in their bg789 balance beyond what they intend to use for gaming in the near term.
§6 Bonuses & Promotions
bg789 offers a range of promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, Victory Day). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion at the time of offer.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on bg789:
- Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. bg789 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, which may include account age, deposit history, game activity, and geographic location.
- Single Bonus Policy: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus remains active and uncleared will, unless otherwise stated, result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
- Game Contributions: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, cricket betting, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to the specific promotion terms for applicable rates.
- Abuse Prevention: bg789 monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, and coordinated play across multiple accounts. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
- Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds expire 30 days after credit. Expired Bonus Funds and any uncleared wagering requirements derived from them are forfeited automatically.
§7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Players agree to use the bg789 platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bg789 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:
- Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party.
- Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software not provided by bg789 to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Exploiting any error, bug, or malfunction in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through software errors are void and subject to clawback.
- Engaging in collusion with other Players or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Attempting to access the accounts of other Players or any administrative system of bg789.
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward bg789 support staff or other Players in any communication channel.
- Reselling, transferring, or commercially exploiting any content, odds data, or other material from the bg789 Platform without prior written consent.
bg789 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, affected accounts may be suspended and associated funds held pending resolution. bg789's determination following an investigation is final. Players who disagree with an outcome may contact [email protected] to request a written explanation.
§8 Account Suspension & Closure
bg789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bg789 determines — in its sole discretion — that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting bg789 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, bg789 will process any outstanding verified balance to the Player's registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. A self-excluded Player is blocked from registering a new account for the duration of the exclusion period. Closure Due to Breach: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bg789 reserves the right to:
- Void all pending bets and game rounds open at the time of closure.
- Forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
- Withhold all or part of the real-money balance pending investigation where fraud or criminal activity is suspected.
- Pursue recovery of any funds withdrawn prior to closure that are found to have been obtained through prohibited conduct.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from them, shall be interpreted in accordance with principles of fairness, good faith, and the protection of the player as a consumer, consistent with bg789's commitment to operating a transparent and trustworthy platform for all Bangladeshi players.
